"Don inspected our lake property in March of 2008. This was the fourth property that we have had inspected in the past 5 years. We were impressed with his professionalism, clean truck, and neat and tidy appearance. He came with all tools and equipment needed including coveralls for investigating attics and crawl spaces. He spent at least 3 hours doing the inspection. During the inspection we were encouraged to attend while he explained things. I as a female was particularly impressed that he included me in his comments and did not just talk to my husband. Two days later, he came to our home and spent about an hour going over the final report with us. The report was very thorough, detail oriented, and descriptive. Pictures of trouble spots were included and recommendations for fixing them. Don also spent time getting a well report for us and actually produced a report on the quality of the water in our well. His knowledge of construction, both for city property and rural, well equipped him to assess our property."
